摘要: The methods of reaching a high hardness, which is the main characteristic determining service resistance rolling tools (sheet mill rolls, cogging-down mandrels cold-rolling tube mills, etc.), in low-alloy hypereutectoid steels are theoretically grounded. “ultrahigh hardness” effect shown to be achieved when structure steel preliminarily prepared and disperse ferrite-cementite mixture forms it.
