摘要: Currently Suriname is developing systems for Monitoring, Reporting and Verification (MRV) Reducing Emissions from Deforestation Forest Degradation (REDD). The goal of the study reported in this report to support development an adequate MRV system forest carbon Suriname, with a focus on quantification monitoring reporting stocks field sampling. Based available existing data, allometric functions expansion factors aboveground biomass are assessed number types. Using data long-term logging experiment at CELOS-Kabo site changes were quantified over time under different intensities selective logging.
