Switching of the polarization of ferroelectric–ferroelastic gadolinium molybdate in a magnetic field

摘要: A change in the character of electric switching polydomain ferroelectric–ferroelastic gadolinium molybdate an external magnetic field has been detected. This attributed to a magnetically stimulated increase pinning domain walls. Under certain conditions, loop switchable polarization is degenerated into ellipse characteristic linear insulator with leakage current.
