摘要: Abstract The aim of our study was to assess the characterization right ventricular (RV) deformation using three-dimensional (3D) speckle tracking echocardiography (STE) and association 3D-STE indices with histologic hemodynamic parameters in a chronic RV pressure overload animal model. Pulmonary artery banding (PAB) used induce seven beagles. 3D-STE, measurements were performed PAB sham-operated beagles 3 mo after PAB. longitudinal, radial circumferential strain measured from 3D-STE. Three mo PAB, longitudinal decreased; whereas remained unchanged group. associated interstitial fibrosis ( r = −0.733) endocardial layer free wall. related dp/dt max = 0.718). significant correlations indicate that may be valuable tool for assessment function overload.
