摘要: Medical paper-based records have been in existence for decades and their gradual replacement by computer-based has slowly underway over twenty years healthcare systems. Computerized information systems not achieved the same degree of penetration as that seen other sectors such finance, transport manufacturing retail industries. Further, deployment varied greatly from country to specialty many cases revolved around local designed use. Electronic medical record lie at center any computerized health system. Without them modern technologies disease surveillance cannot be effectively integrated into routine clinical workflow. The paperless, interoperable, multi-provider, multi-specialty, multi-discipline record, which a goal researchers, professionals, administrators politicians past two decades, is however about become reality countries. This article provides roadmap vision based on emerging web hold great promise addressing challenge sharing electronic records. It starts with ubiquity trend how it can realized new cloud computing paradigm share heath like community care records/documents (CCRs, CCDs). also addresses security concerns related cloud.
