摘要: Abstract We investigated conducting poly(thionine) (PTH) films prepared by single-step and double-step electrochemical methods (PTH-S PTH-D, respectively) on the surface of a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) for detection dopamine (DA) with varying sensitivity. Electrochemical spectroscopic analysis revealed that both PTH have identical chemical structures, but sensitivity DA was significantly dependent polymerization conditions. A simple variation electropolymerization conditions dramatically changed catalytic activity towards oxidation in presence ascorbic acid (AA) uric (UA) as well formation mechanism. PTH-D found to higher charge than PTH-S, also showed enhancement up one order magnitude compared PTH-S.
