Gracilis myocutaneous flap in reconstruction of the vulva and female perineum.

摘要: For the past 2 decades there has been a definite trend among pelvic surgeons to immediately reconstruct large defects created by deforming radical cancer surgery in female pelvis and perineum. Extensive en bloc removal of more tissue enhanced probabilities increased 5-year survival. At same time, however, quality life following great concern both patient surgeon. Recent advances have made techniques for reconstruction. It is purpose this paper present our experience using gracilis myocutaneous flap reconstruction vulva after excision perineal tissue. The technique procedure presented with clinical results 5 cases, complications noted therein.
