摘要: Background Ultrasound has been widely used in clinical diagnosis because it is noninvasive, inexpensive, simple, and reproducible. With the development of molecular imaging, material science, ultrasound contrast agents, ultrasound-targeted delivery technology emerged. The interaction probes can be exploited to change structures cells tissues order promote targeted release therapeutic substances local tumors. drugs, genes, gases would not only improve efficacy tumor treatment but also avoid systemic toxicity side effects caused by antitumor treatments. This was recently applied trials showed enormous potential for application. Objective article briefly introduces characteristics microenvironment principle technology. To present recent progress this field, review focuses on application tumor-targeted therapy, including drug delivery, gene transfection, gas treatment. Results results study show that a promising strategy Conclusion Ultrasound-targeted shows promise with regard cancer
