X-ray diffraction study of spontaneous strain in superconducting Ba0.6 K0.4 BiO3

摘要: Abstract The lattice parameter of Ba 0.6 K 0.4 BiO 3 , which is a well-studied conventional superconductor, was measured by the X-ray Rietveld method between 10 and room temperature. A very small change in could be detected superconducting phase. attributed to spontaneous strain generated phase coupling order strain. Previously published data on Y 2 Cu O 6.5 MgB were analyzed, present results compared with our previously obtained La 1.85 Sr 0.15 CuO 4 . It concluded that this phenomenon common all superconductors.
