摘要: Abstract GdAlO3:Er3+/Yb3+, Gd3Al5O12:Er3+/Yb3+ and Gd4Al2O9:Er3+/Yb3+ phosphors were prepared by co-precipitation. The effects for Gd2O3-Al2O3 composite oxides as the host materials with different crystal structures such GdAlO3, Gd3Al5O12 Gd4Al2O9 investigated. It was found that perovskite structured GdAlO3:Er3+/Yb3+ (GAP phosphor) could be obtained from precursor when calcination temperature 1000 °C, while garnet (GAG formed 1300 °C, but monoclinic-structured (GAM only raised up to 1500 °C. difference of up-conversion photoluminescence (UCPL) spectra under 980 nm between GAP, GAG GAM studied. result showed UCPL intensity GAP phosphor close much higher red-to-green ratio than phosphor. weakest among them. Finally, factors which influenced on discussed.
