摘要: Abstract Water– d (−)fructose interactions have been studied for the first time by applying electrochemical technique using a redox-active probe ferrocenecarboxylic acid (FCA). Cyclic voltammetry was employed to study behavior of FCA in aqueous solution cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) both absence and presence (−)fructose. A three electrode system with glassy carbon as working used this purpose. The concentrations CTAB, were varied order correlate responses dissolved states interpret water– interactions. anodic cathodic peak current, well as, apparent diffusion coefficient micellar CTAB increase added at low concentrations; while reverse trend is observed high concentrations. additions raise critical micelle concentration (CMC) favor micellization. Analyses experimental results indicate that lower behaves structure breaker water cluster, higher acts maker . We able successfully demonstrate can serve standard electro-active studying interaction non-electro-active guest water.
