摘要: Apical–basal cell polarity is crucial for the development of multicellular organisms and diverse functions epithelial cells in organs. Cell characterized by differential distributions protein components apical basolateral membrane domains as well asymmetric intracellular materials. The mainly regulated evolutionary conserved genes, which are Crumbs (Crb) complex Crb, Stardust (Sdt), Pals-1-associated tight junction (Patj), partitioning-defective (Par) Par-3 (Bazooka, Baz), Par-6, atypical kinase C (aPKC). These complexes play fundamental roles initial establishment its maintenance regulation. Recently, these genes their regulations were identified Drosophila retina development. Here, we review recent discoveries Crb Par regulators morphogenesis organogenesis retina.
