摘要: In this work laminar, stratified flow boiling of water is simulated qualitatively by the coupled map lattice (CML) method. The liquid entering a constant wall temperature horizontal tube (T w > T sat at P entrance ) in subcooled condition. A CML dynamical system with discrete-time, discrete-space, and continuous states. procedure basically consists following steps: (i) Choose set macroscopic variables on lattice; (ii) decompose problem into independent components, such as convection, diffusion, phase change, so on; (iii) replace each component simple parallel dynamics (iv) carry out unit successively time step until some termination criterion satisfied. present problem, laminar-turbulent transition, hence, results do not correspond to steady state. modeling based assumption that governed nucleation from cavities heated surface migration vapor core, forced change fluid bulk mixing. stirring action bubbles modeled increasing momentum thermal diffusivities an enhancement factor. show has been able model realistic manner.
