摘要: Evolutionary biologists and ecologists increasingly appreciate the value of local knowledge human communities for research into past, present, future biodiversity [1–3]. However, there are often significant problems accessing interpreting this [3]. Here, we argue that closer interaction with ethnobiologists, who study relation between humans natural world, will enable to be better applied in ecological evolutionary biological research. This provide more comprehensive answers scientific questions being asked, result improved engagement both academic non-academic communities.
