摘要: High-throughput technologies present immense opportunities to characterize brain cancer biology at a systems level. However, proteomic studies of cancers are still relatively scarce. Here we discuss the latest technologies, their application profiling and quantitation proteomes how expect these will be applied study in future. Mass spectrometry based proteomics with increased specificity, coverage throughput pervasive investigations brain. Generated data needs captured by curation databases, creative analysis strategies is needed provide meaningful insights into functions associated pathologies. Overall, applications earliest stages expanded use holds enormous potential improve our understanding
