摘要: Mycelial growth of Pleurotus ostreatus isolates was examined on PDA media added with heavy metals to reveal effects mycelial the fungus. Cd and Cu strongly inhibited three fungus tested. However, addition Pb growing white color mutant resulted in increase fungal rate. Addition 2 mM Cr rate dark relatively better than other Cr, Pb, Cu, or Mn, respectly. Tolerance mutans higher that black mutant. It is suggested tolerance not controled by color-related substance
