摘要: Building integrated semitransparent thin-film solar cells is a strategy for future eco-friendly power generation. Organic photovoltaics in combination with dielectric mirrors (DMs) are potential candidate as they promise high efficiencies parallel to the possibility adjust color and thus transparency of whole device. A fully solution processed printable DM an easily adjustable reflection maximum presented that can be facilely attached cells. The optimized via optical simulations particular needs device regard photocurrent enhancement. excellent agreement between experimental theoretical results confirms quality printed layers respect homogeneity surface roughness. used inks organic–inorganic nanocomposites large refractive index contrast ≈0.7. short-circuit current enhanced by up ≈24% polymer cell.
