摘要: Fruit and vegetable waste (FVW) is generated in large quantities during production, processing, consumption. Several conventional methods are used for treating the FVW, such as incineration, landfill, anaerobic digestion, composting. Compared to these methods, vermicomposting has advantages of effective stabilization organic wastes like FVW through joint action earthworms microorganisms decomposition easily decaying constituents higher reuse value its final product fertilizer.
