摘要: The dominant strategy within the field of EUD has been to improve end-user activities a single software system. This approach some limitations. First, work environment often consists number different systems and tools that form an information ecology with which users must cope. Second, use computers is embedded in organizational practices may also need be changed. Thus, there combine parallel development practices. However, common work-development approaches, for example, process improvement, usually adopt top-down managerial point view relies on expert modeling, are therefore incompatible ideas. paper suggests improvement method developed Finland since 1980s, developmental research, good candidate partnering EUD, because it takes potential local grassroots innovation seriously.
