摘要: Resume Les complications neurologiques survenant apres manipulation du rachis lombaire sont rares. Lorsqu’elles surviennent, elles le plus souvent dues a une hernie discale ou au deplacement de structures osseuses. Nous rapportons cas d’un patient qui presente paraplegie quelques heures lombaire. L’imagerie par resonance magnetique rachidienne etait en faveur d’une ischemie la moelle spinale caudale et ne montrait pas fragment discal compression d’origine osseuse. auteurs suggerent considerer l’ischemie medullaire comme complication possible
