摘要: Abstract Monolithic structures can be built into graphene by the addition and subsequent re-arrangement of carbon atoms. To this end, ad-dimers are a particularly attractive building block because number emerging technologies offer promise precisely placing them on surfaces. In concert with more common Stone–Thrower–Wales defect, repeating patterns introduced to create as yet unrealized materials. The idea such allotropes out defects is new, we demonstrate technique constructing two-dimensional known haeckelite. We then extend new class membranic that call dimerite, composed exclusively ad-dimer defects.
