摘要: Golgi morphology and function are dependent on an intact microtubule actin cytoskeleton. Myosin VI, unusual actin-based motor protein moving towards the minus ends of filaments, has been localized to complex at light electron microscopic level. VI is present in purified membranes as a peripheral membrane protein, targeted by its globular tail domain. To investigate myosin complex, immortal fibroblastic cell lines Snell's waltzer mice lacking were established. In these lines, where absent, reduced size ∼40% compared with wild-type cells. Furthermore, secretion reporter from cells also 40% Rescue experiments showed that fully functional was able restore same level observed
