摘要: Moving by the facts happened in Italian and international fashion system during last years, article outlines various growth paths of different companies involved carries out effects generated external on company profitability strength brands. The aim analysis was to highlight main issues emerging at industry level order verify if generates a tangible increase value for shareholders. Through specific cases from industry, effect acquisitions stock performance has been calculated.
