Neurological examination revealed spinal cord lesion between C1 and C5 segments. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) that almost 70% the canal C2 occupied by an intradural extramedullary mass connected to paraspinal from cranial aspect C3. The anaesthetised dorsal, right-sided hemilaminectomy performed. A durotomy performed expose multilobular located principally along right dorsal–lateral cord. did not appear infiltrate parenchyma. abnormal tissue removed as completely possible using gentle dissection submitted for histological evaluation. findings were consistent with intradural–extramedullary haemangioblastoma extension. Following surgery, no neurological deterioration detected. metronomic-dosing chemotherapy protocol administered prevent progression or recurrence tumour. Follow-up MRI studies 3, 6 12 months after confirming complete tumour removal absence recurrence. Conclusion Haemangioblastoma is extremely rare neoplasm in animals only two cases this have been reported, but other anatomical locations. Haemangioblastomas human patients are more commonly cerebellum growth rare. study responded favourably combined surgery metronomic clinically normal 1 year surgery.
