摘要: AbstractChoice of location in many cases is a key factor setting up new business object. In this article the KEMIRA-M method proposed to establish priority criteria and determine weights. Weighted sum values was applied for ranking alternatives. This technique useful if evaluation naturally consist several logically explained groups criteria. Method requires much less initial information based upon searching solution optimisation problem. case study construction site non-hazardous waste incineration plant Vilnius City.
