摘要: Sudden ischaemic death results either from an episode of acute myocardial ischaemia consequent upon coronary thrombosis or arrhythmia arising within a scarred left ventricle. Very different proportions these two groups have been reported in both clinical studies resuscitated subjects with out-of-hospital ventricular fibrillation, and necropsy series. In 168 cases sudden due to heart disease coming 73 (43.5%) had mural intraluminal thrombi, 50 (29.8%) occlusive 45 (26.7%) no giving ratio 2.7:1 for those without thrombosis. Single vessel disease, the presence infarction at autopsy prodromal symptoms were positively associated Conversely, old necropsy, known history triple absence The variation incidence thrombi can be largely explained by selection characteristics which are negatively
