摘要: Seasonal survey was performed from August 2015 to May 2016 at 50 sampling sites in Lake Taihu determine the spatial and temporal changes macrobenthos community their relationships with environmental variables. A total of 58 species were collected identified, including 28 annelids, 17 molluscs, 12 arthropods. Both composition dominant changed temporally spatially. Correspondingly, biodiversity differed among regions seasons. The density decreased increased sediment depth, which is first report about vertical distribution Taihu. majority benthic animals located within depth 0–5 cm 5–10 cm, accounting for 39.25% 24.87% abundance respectively. Redundancy discriminate analysis revealed that main factors affecting most contributing temperature summer, transparency, dissolved oxygen pH autumn, water winter. Particularly, salinity conductivity showed high correlation through whole period. investigation reveals inherent spatiotemporal variation community, provides references biological assessment quality
