Assessing methods for measuring compliance with a fat-controlled diet.

摘要: This study assessed the relative validity of following non-laboratory measures compliance with a fat-controlled diet by hypercholesterolemic males: quantitative and qualitative derived from three-day food records structured interviews, summary ratings nutritionists interviewers.
