摘要: We report that a polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS) core in dendrimer can enhance the affinity of molecular recognition via hydrogen bonds between 1,8-naphthyridine and guanosine nucleotides. The complexation naphthyridine ligands with series nucleotides was investigated, it is shown POSS should play significant role stabilization complexes bonds. Finally, we demonstrate ligand selectively recognize triphosphate by assisting POSS-core dendrimer.
