Observations on human infection with mycobacterium bovis

摘要: Abstract In a series of 41 recent cases pulmonary infection due to Mycobacterium bovis , 26 had strains primarily resistant PAS, isoniazid or both, although only partially low degrees; one strain was streptomycin and all the were highly pyrazinamide. Although time required for conversion negative cultures related sensitivity results, final results treatment favourable in spite frequent apparently inappropriate use major drugs. It is suggested that minor adjustments normal regimes are needed offset mild natural resistance .
