摘要: In soil, vanadium (V) contamination is commonly concomitant with chromium (Cr) contamination, which poses potential risks to humans, animals, and plants due the transfer of toxic metals increase in their concentrations via food chain or through direct exposure. This study applied a multi-step column leaching process using low-molecular-weight organic acids (LMWOAs) treat V-contaminated soil from smelter site that contains 2015.1 mg V kg−1 1060.3 Cr kg−1. After three times an equivalent solution/soil ratio 0.3 mL/g 1.0 M oxalic acid solution, total removal rates reached 77.2% 7.2% for Cr, respectively, while extractable fractions 118.6% 99.2% reduction residual fraction (F4) metals. Simultaneously, distribution redistribution geochemical were determined sequential extraction technique, greater proportion mobile (65.1%) may its relative (7.1%). addition, lower pH agent increased efficiency extent. Compared batch typical solution 10 mL/g, used less hence produced wastewater. strategy could reduce mobilization bioavailability metals, potentially enhance situ flushing remediation V- Cr- contaminated soil.
