摘要: The present invention provides a highly sensitive method of diagnosing inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) in an individual. includes the steps isolating sample from individual; determining by non-histological means whether is positive for anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies (ANCA); anti-Saccharomyces cerevisiae immunoglobulin A (ASCA-IgA); G (ASCA-IgG); and individual as having IBD when ANCA, ASCA-IgA or ASCA-IgG, not negative provided that does include histological analysis neutrophils.
