摘要: Fifty persons aged 45–65 years old, of whom 25 have been practicing Tai chi for more than 36 months, and the others didn’t practice chi, voluntarily participated in this study. All had a PWV test. By analyzing data PWV, study came to some findings that (a) has significant effect on it can make elderly decrease, namely, improve cardiovascular function elderly, (b) seemed male female. Therefore, suggested be used as an exercise preventing conditions.
