摘要: We present a theoretical study of the dispersion and energy properties eigenwaves (TE- TM- modes) in four-layer structure composed magneto-optical yttrium iron garnet guiding layer on dielectric substrate covered by planar nanocomposite multilayer. The bigyrotropic yttrium-iron are taken into account for obtaining equation an original algorithm guided modes identification is proposed. demonstrated polarization switching TE- TM-modes dependent geometrical parameters layers. diagrams field profiles used to illustrate change propagation with variation multilayer thickness ratio flux distributions across calculated conditions optimal regime obtained. power waveguide layers about 6 dB wavelength range 100 nm shown be achieved.
