摘要: Tb-doped Y 2 SiO 5 phosphor particles were prepared directly by a continuous droplet-to-particle preparation process using an ultrasonic spray generator. The photoluminescence characteristics of as-prepared and calcined investigated. below 1100°C had poor crystallinity because the short residence time inside hot wall reactor, while at 1200°C sharp crystallinity. crystal structure was changed from X1 to X2 type after calcining above 1400°C. Both spherical morphology, submicron size, narrow size distribution. Agglomeration did not occur even 1200°C. :Tb absorbed excitation energy in range 220 325 nm, maximum wavelength near 240 nm. main emission peak 538 optimum brightness obtained doping concentration 4 atom %. activation terbium occurred reaction times reactor. increased with increasing temperature good crystallization high temperatures. PL intensity 96% comparison particles.
