摘要: Monitoring of trace levels phenylurea and chlorotriazine herbicides their metabolites deisopropylatrazine (DIA) deethylatrazine (DEA) was performed on river, estuarine coastal seawater by off-line (n-octadecyl silica, C 18 ) on-line (styrene-divinylbenzene copolymer-based, PRP1) preconcentration techniques using reversed-phase chromatography UV electrochemical detection. It is shown that technology fit monitoring trace-level triazine analysis (detection limit 10-50 ng/l) in freshwater as well natural water with high dissolved organic carbon (DOC) content. Clean-up unnecessary for most the surface sample both one-line techniques. Samples originating from various rivers (Seine, Charente, Garonne), canals (Marennes-Oleron) estuaries (Charente, Seudre salinity gradient up to 30‰ were analysed. Dissolved contents varied <1 15 mg/l provided numerous interferents a major 'hump' whose intensity correlated DOC content, suggesting part matter, namely humic substances, retained solid phase eluted polar compounds.
