摘要: In the context of transplantation, dendritic cells (DCs) can sensitize alloreactive T via two pathways. The direct pathway is initiated by donor DCs presenting intact MHC molecules. indirect results from recipient processing and as peptide. This simple dichotomy suggests that with allospecificity cannot cross-regulate each other because distinct APCs are involved. this study we describe a third, semidirect alloantigen presentation challenges conclusion. Mouse DCs, when cocultured allogeneic or endothelial cells, acquired substantial levels class I II MHC:peptide complexes in temperature- energy-dependent manner. Most importantly, vivo upon migration to regional lymph nodes. molecules were detected Ab staining induced proliferation Ag-specific vitro. These data suggest due acquisition molecules, may link allospecificity.
