摘要: In MANET, each mobile host can freely move around and the network topology is dynamically constructed. To send a datagram, source broadcasts route discovery packet to network. All neighboring nodes receiving this will rebroadcast until it reaches destination. It have large flooding overhead, poor performance undesirable battery power consumption. improve performance, we designed novel routing protocol called RAPLF (routing with adaptive path limited flooding) for ad hoc networks. Simulation results showed that our has better especially in delivery rate overhead when compared similar protocols.
