摘要: The cavo-tricuspid isthmus is the term for part of right atrium between ostium inferior vena cava and its border – Eustachian ridge on one side tricuspid valve other side. In this area lie coronary sinus with Thebesian valve, fibers Chiari (10%), ostia deep cardiac veins in close relation to (35%). Pacing very often used during treatment arrhythmias; radiofrequency catheter ablation cases permanent atrial tachycardia successfully performed through sinus; certain cardiosurgical procedures, cardioplegia by retrograde perfusion myocardium sinus. Knowing recognizing anatomical peculiarities structures may be interesting clinical practice.
