摘要: • The type-specific antibody response of 99 healthy children, aged 5 to 15 years, a 14-valent pneumococcal vaccine was determined and analyzed according age at the time vaccination. majority serotypes, including important "pediatric" types 6A, 18C, 19F, appeared plateau in 8- 10-year-old group, whereas for 14 23F, which are also continued improve with ages 13 years. group 23 various hematologic disorders (12 whom had undergone splenectomy) compared that children. For all serotypes similar two groups. ( AJDC 1986;140:135-138)
