摘要: In recent years, the adaptive decomposition methods have become center of interest researchers in many fields and especially vibration diagnosis rotating machines. This paper compares sensitivity defect detection two methods: local mean (L.M.D) empirical mode (E.M.D). The efficiency L.M.D E.M.D for detecting defects is investigated cases, one from numerical signals other recorded during a fatigue test on gear bench. time descriptors Kurtosis, Thalaf Thikat are applied signal its Hilbert transform. results reveal that both techniques seem to be suitable good fault detection. From experimental signals, comparative allow monitoring wear, but more sensitive detect rapid changes degradation than method considered case. Consequently these features potential powerful tools machinery.
