摘要: The integration of solar PV into rural electrification programmes in the developing world has brought its wake dissemination/adoption and sustainability challenges. In looking for ways that can enhance wider dissemination technology world, some authors (e.g. Philips Browne, 1999; Hankins, 2000) have advocated greater involvement private sector. While sector could well play a role drive, this paper by contrast argues effective government institutional policy frameworks are most pivotal elements drive to disseminate systems majority poor sustain them. Using two case studies, contextualises interrelationship between ineffective low level Ghana as lack projects.
