摘要: Abstract In recent years, the concept of regional innovation systems has evolved into a widely used analytical framework that generates empirical foundation for policy making. Yet, approaches utilize this remain ambiguous on such key issues as territorial dimension innovation, i.e. region, and apparently important role played by ‘institutions’ or institutional context in emergence sustenance systems. This paper reviews summarizes ideas arguments theorizing It also examines (a) definition confusion validation; (b) aspect systems; (c) institutions.
