Simulation of soil moisture profiles for wheat in Brazil

摘要: Abstract A computer model to estimate components of the water balance for a cropped, layered soil profile without influence table is described. Infiltration and redistribution are governed by Darcy's law evapotranspiration partioned into three components: evaporation, transpiration, evaporation intercepted precipitation on crop canopy. Those terms depend atmospheric demand, availability, root extraction growth characteristics. In addition evapotranspiration, output also includes fluxes, pressure head, moisture at different depths runoff ponding surface. The was validated subtropical humid region in Parana State, Brazil, under six wheat cropping periods. Predictions contents were close agreement with field data. considered appropriate long term simulations irrigation requirements.
