摘要: The objective of the present study was to assess risk borreliosis and anaplasmosis (ehrlichiosis) among forestry workers Roztocze National Park (south-eastern Poland) by examination Ixodes ricinus ticks living in park area with PCR method, serological clinical workers. In 406 examined ticks, prevalence infection Borrelia burgdorferi sensu lato 11.5 %. nested reaction for determining genospecies showed that most common stricto (55.3 % total positive) followed afzelii (38.3 %). As many as 6.1 out 115 presence Anaplasma phagocytophilum DNA. rate high males females (14.3 11.1 respectively) low nymphs (1.5 46 113 (40.7 %) specific IgG and/or IgM antibodies against found ELISA test, while only 4 56 urban blood donors a positive response (p<0.0001). determined use indirect immunofluorescence test (IFA) 17.7 compared 5.4 reference group (p<0.05). No correlation between A. B. s. l. Clinical investigations 3 cases (2.7 no (ehrlichiosis). conclusion, south-eastern Poland are often exposed infected phagocytophilum, show proportion asymptomatic manifested serologic response, number is relatively low.
