摘要: Objective: The main objective of this study was to review the literature regarding studies with dance intervention in down syndrome (SD) people and its possible benefits. Method: articles selection following PRISMA recommendation. Searches carried out different databases, words “dance” “down syndrome” Portuguese English. Results: final had only pre- post-intervention methodologies, comprising nine articles. Conclusion: It is notice that programs, applied ways, can act positively SD population. These benefits comprehend an improvement motor function caloric expenditure as well social interaction, self-confidence, body awareness.
