摘要: Stomatal anatomical traits and rapid responses to several components of visible light were measured in Tilia cordata Mill. seedlings grown an open, fully sunlit field (C-set), or under different kinds shade. The main questions were: (i) stomatal which spectrum regions are modified by growth-environment shade (ii) separate component vegetational is most effective eliciting the acclimation effects full We found that opening response red green did not differ between plants environments. blue was increased (in comparison with C-set) leaves (IABW-set), attenuated UVAB irradiance (AB-set) decreased intensity (neutral shade) plus (IAB-set). In all sets, addition light-two four times stronger-into induction barely changed rate blue-light-stimulated opening. AB-set, equalled strong IABW-set response. UVB-grown leaves, fell midway IABW- C-set results. Blue neutral shade-grown from C-set, IAB-set AB-set. size growth density index remarkably only IAB-sets. It concluded differences white T. environments caused their Differences sensitivity dependent on altered anatomy. Attenuated efficient stimulating stomata, whereas plays a minor role.
