摘要: Abstract Two 0.2wt.% C–1.55wt.% Mn–1.5wt.% Si steels with and without the addition of 0.039 wt.% Nb were studied by laboratory simulations controlled thermomechanical processing in a quench deformation dilatometer. The microstructures characterised using optical metallography, image analysis scanning electron microscopy techniques. effects recrystallised non-recrystallised austenite discontinuous paths on final microstructure studied. results have shown that highest volume fraction retained is associated 400°C isothermal bainite transformation temperature presence approximately 50% polygonal ferrite acicular as dominant second phase.
