摘要: Healthcare systems have been an important part of the research on consumer electronics in recent years. To be a mass-market product, healthcare system is combined with home control system. In this article, ultra-high-frequency radio-frequency-identification (UHF RFID) wireless interface built and implemented for bio-signal monitoring This composed digital baseband processor application specific integrated circuit (ASIC) RFID reader tag. All functions are to fit requirement electronic product code class 1 generation 2 protocol, such as cyclic redundancy check/verify, pulse interval encoding, bi-phase space coding. The platform was obtain bio-signals, which can demonstrate hand-shaking stage communication between tag at same time. fabricated under 180-nm standard CMOS process average power consumption only 73.62 $\mu \text{W}$ . by field programmable gate array entire those our previous works, include analog front-end radio-frequency front-end, considered. It achieves 75 , lower than achieved existing state-of-the-art interface. Moreover, wearable device ASICs proposed feature relative low small size. Thus, it more suitable electronics.
