摘要: Progressive myoclonic epilepsy or progressive myoclonus (PME) is a rare condition. It commonly hereditary, characterized by generalized convulsive seizures and jerks frequently provoked volitional movements, associated with cerebellar ataxia, mental deterioration, pyramidal signs, rigidity. PME regarded as syndrome having various causes (Table 9.1), not an independent disease entity.
